We had a blast photographing Greg & Carissa’s wedding on June 13. Their outdoor ceremony at the Stockdale Country Club in Bakersfield was beautiful and the weather was fantastic -sunny yet comfortably warm for a June day in Bakersfield. To take advantage of the best lighting possible, Carissa and I met for lunch a few weeks before the wedding and planned it all out. She said, “The photos are the most important thing to me.” So when I told her the best light would be just before sunset -which would be at a time well into their reception- she quickly said, “Let’s just sneak out for some sunset photos!” And that’s exactly what they did. Alex headed out with Carissa and Greg and took some stunningly beautiful photos of the two of them.
I always say this, but it really was hard to pick just a few to share on our photography blog.
